About Ekaterina Rubtcova

Ekaterina Rubtcova — founder of the Daniks cookware brand and Daniks.AI

Personal blog · Ekaterina Rubtcova

I'm Ekaterina — an Amazon seller who writes about what actually works.

Selling on Amazon since 2018. Founder of the Daniks cookware brand. Founder of Daniks.AI, the AI-native PPC automation I built for my own listings.

The short version

Before Amazon, I spent years inside some of the world's largest IT companies. In 2018, I launched my first private-label product on Amazon and never looked back. That product became the Daniks Stainless Steel Induction Cookware Set under my Daniks brand — Top-1 in Germany, now Top-20 in the USA. You can look it up; it's a public listing.

Running that brand at scale, I got tired of PPC tools that pretended AI meant "rules plus a dashboard." So I built my own — Daniks.AI, founded the same year, 2018. An AI-native Amazon PPC automation that manages bids against a target ACoS with an actual agent, not a rules engine. I built it for my listings first. It worked. Hundreds of Amazon brands run on it now.

I work in three languages — English, Russian, and German. It is how Daniks reached Top-1 in Germany before we scaled into the US, and it is why I can tell you what a launch actually looks like across two marketplaces instead of just one.

You are reading the Saudi Arabia section of the blog. Daniks.AI supports Amazon.sa, and sellers in the Kingdom are one of the fastest-growing parts of my audience — so here I cover what is specific to selling in Saudi Arabia: Amazon.sa mechanics, commercial registration, ZATCA and VAT, and importing into the Kingdom.

This blog — and the @AmazonFBAGirl YouTube channel — is where I share the operator-level reasoning behind what I actually do. No courses. No coaching. Nothing to upsell.

Why you can trust what you read here

  • Real seller with a public Top-ranked product. My flagship is Daniks Stainless Steel Induction Cookware Set — reached Top-1 in Germany, currently Top-20 in the USA. You can verify the listing, the reviews, and the ranking yourself.
  • Real name, real LinkedIn. I don't hide behind an alias — here's my LinkedIn profile. Connect with me.
  • Seller-built software, proven on my own account. I founded Daniks.AI as a seller who needed the tool — not as a software founder looking for a market. It's running on my Daniks ads right now, and on hundreds of other Amazon brands.
  • IT background before Amazon. I worked at some of the world's largest IT companies before 2018. That's where the engineering instinct behind Daniks.AI comes from — and why the blog leans toward systems, numbers, and root causes instead of motivation.
  • Nothing to upsell you. No course. No coaching program. No mastermind. The blog and the YouTube channel are free, and that's the whole offer.

My editorial standard

  • I test everything on my own account. Every tool review, every PPC tactic, every listing strategy — tested on Daniks or on brands running Daniks.AI before I write about it.
  • No paid reviews, no sponsored rankings. If a tool is mentioned, it's because I used it — not because someone paid me to write about it.
  • I update when things change. Amazon changes constantly. If a guide becomes outdated, I update it or mark it clearly.
  • I say when I don't know. If something is a guess or an opinion, I label it. I'd rather be honest than appear omniscient.
  • Written for the seller with $3,000 to invest — not the one with a warehouse team. Every recommendation assumes real budget constraints.

What I cover

What you'll find here

Honest, operator-level writing on Amazon selling — product research, PPC, listings, brand building, policy changes — framed the way I'd explain them to another seller over coffee. If something didn't work for me, I say so. If I don't know the answer, I say so.

  • Blog posts — long-form breakdowns of what's actually working on Amazon right now
  • Tutorials — step-by-step walkthroughs of the workflows I use myself
  • Tool reviews — candid takes on the software sellers pay for
  • News — Amazon policy changes and marketplace shifts, translated into seller English
  • Lifehacks — small efficiencies that add up over a year of selling

Come watch — YouTube is where it's best

The blog is the reference library. YouTube is where you should actually meet me. That's where I record screens, walk through live listings, and answer seller questions in real time.
