"Your Software Is Superb" — A DaniksAI Customer Review
Ekaterina Rubtcova
Amazon seller since 2018 · Founder of Daniks cookware · Founder of Daniks.AI
My Daniks cookware reached Top-1 in Germany and is currently Top-20 in the USA. To run its PPC I built Daniks.AI — now used by hundreds of Amazon brands. On this blog I share how I actually operate, no courses, no upsells.

Subscribe NowI get a lot of emails from DaniksAI users. Questions about campaign structure, ACoS targets, how to read the dashboard. That is normal — PPC has a learning curve even when AI handles the heavy lifting.
But every once in a while, an email comes in that is just… nice.
The email from Andrew
Andrew started using DaniksAI on April 24th. A few weeks in, he had a question about his performance data — specifically whether historical numbers were preserved after a system update.
We sent him what he needed. His reply:

“Thats exactly what I needed. Thank you! Your software is superb by the way!”
No prompting. No incentive. Just a seller who got what he needed and took 10 seconds to say so.
Why this matters more than any case study
I have published detailed case studies with ACoS numbers, RoAS comparisons, and CVR breakdowns. Those matter — they prove the AI works with real data.
But a one-line “your software is superb” from someone who has been using the tool for six weeks? That tells you something different. It tells you the experience is good. The support is responsive. The product does what it says on the box.
Case studies show performance. Unsolicited feedback shows trust.
What Andrew’s experience tells you about DaniksAI
Three things stand out:
1. He had a real question and got a real answer. DaniksAI is not a faceless SaaS where you submit a ticket and wait three days. Andrew emailed support about his data, and he got exactly what he needed — same day.
2. He noticed the software quality. “Superb” is not a word people throw around for something that barely works. Andrew has been inside the tool long enough to form an opinion, and that opinion is clear.
3. He took time to say it. Most users who are satisfied just… keep using the product. When someone stops to write an unsolicited compliment, the bar was exceeded.
The bigger picture
Every week I talk to Amazon sellers who are drowning in manual PPC work. They spend hours in Search Term Reports, adjusting bids that the algorithm changes overnight anyway. The Tropeza case study showed a 73% CVR advantage for AI over manual. The Fornel case study showed AI winning even against a strong manual operator.
But none of those numbers mean anything if the tool is frustrating to use. Andrew’s email is proof that DaniksAI is not just effective — it is pleasant. You set your target ACoS, the AI does the work, and when you have a question, someone answers it.
That is the product I want to recommend.
Try it yourself
If you are still managing Amazon PPC manually — or paying an agency $1,500/month to do what AI does better — give DaniksAI a look. You might end up sending a similar email.
